Good evening.

I was looking at EE's website and see that data packs have doubled for three months.

Question I'd like to know is do existing customers get the promotion or is it just for new customers only as when I text all packs it just says the normal packs. My pack ends in 2 days and would like the extra data. Thanks.

@Kevin_65 It is only for new customers. If you need more data, you can either buy a data add-on or start a new pack early.

The offer is for those who buy a new SIM, with those packs on them, not for existing SIMs.

Just what I thought looking after new customers ĵust like what o2 does. Three and vodafone give there promotions to new and existing customers so think that's discrimination. It's ashame I've just topped up so know what I'll be doing once the next months up. Thanks for your reply.

The terms and conditions dont specifically state that its for new customers only

I always find it amusing that new customers are looked after better than their existing ones.

@foxtrotmike : No, they don't cuz they're for anybody who buys the new PAYG SIM with that offer on, even those who already have an existing PAYG SIM to which the offer doesn't apply. So in some sense this offer is for both new & old custs as long as they buy the new SIM.
