Hi; I have been buying the 30 day unlimited data 40£ for the past few months (a mission everytime ) but there’s no option in my App; do I need to buy a subscription pack (10£ or more) to access the Unlimited Data as an ADD-ON? I spent 2hrs on Chat with an Agent this morning but couldn’t resolve; Cheers

Yes, you need to be on a £10 or more pack to buy the unlimited data add-on.

Ok; thanks heaps; wish the Agent had explained this! So as I’m only using data & am roaming, my monthly cost would be £10 for pack + £40 for unlimited data + 10£ per week for me to access the data; total £90?

That's right @Joya

If you need unlimited data and travel to the EU regularly, a pay monthly SIM plan may be better value.

Thanks James; do I have to set up a credit card monthly auto renew to buy a £10 pack; or can I just buy a £10 when we are visiting UK/Europe?

You just top-up as & when you want to buy a pack.
