top up credited on bank but not showing

I recently topped up £10. It was credited from my bank but on my ee app, it says 0 balance. Tried texting "BALANCE" to 150 but still says I dont have balance.

Hi @gelix

Did you buy a pack/plan when you topped up? If so then that is what the credit has been used for.

Try texting AL to 150 and see what it sends back - do you have any data etc?

No. I was actually trying to buy data since I don't have any anymore. That's why I topped ao I can buy a pack yet nothing was showing in my account but my bank says it was credited.
