There is no special roaming add-on for you. You need to top-up to be able to make calls at the standard rate of £1.80 / min.

I have 5 pounds credit and phoned the number with the correct codes (it its a n NHS number) but unfortunately it didn't work.

Is it an 0800 number you are trying to call?

Are you able to call any other UK numbers?
