I topped up my friends mobile yesterday using my email address have received code followed process for toping up someone else phone but phone still not topped up.

I cannot get through to anyone at EE top up emails suggests I contact EE for them to manually activate

Getting no where

You don't top-up another's phone using email addys but just their mobile no.

Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is their mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
