I want to cancel my subscription Pack (£20), will I be refunded? I recieved my SIM card on Friday 16th June.

@Idilly No you will not. PAYG is none refundable.

Text STOP REC to 150 to stop any direct card payment. For good measure also text STOP PACK to 150 to prevent the pack renewing.

PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment, but it sounds as tho' you have spent it buying a pack..
