After selecting the radio check box to choose the selected boost, the resulted text does not make any sense.

Thanks for coming here.

You can select which boost you would like by texting BOOST DATA, BOOST MINS or BOOST TEXTS to 150 free from your EE phone, does this work for you?

It is not that the function does not work, the boost added on perfectly. The SMS short code works, the My EE web radio box to select data, minutes, works.

It is the text that is displayed in green, doesn't make sense? That green text is the result generated after selecting a boost (legacy pack).

In this case, please call us on 150 and report this to our pay as you go care team they can raise a support ticket for your My EE account if needed.
