PAYG roaming code not working

I’ve been texting ROAMEU7D to 150 since arriving in France, as instructed by you for the 7 day roaming pack. It’s not working. I have credit on my account. No option to do it via the app or webpage either.

Do you still have an active pack? Not having 1 would make you ineligible for the PAYG roaming add-ons.

I called and they did it over the phone. They didn’t know why it didn’t work either!

What number did you call because my sister is in the same position and not able to get through to ee? Only giving top up options.
