How to turn on roaming?

I have purchased £15 plan regularly, and I have a lot of data rollover (almost 48.9GB).

I got a message saying

”Great news, now you can use your Pack, Free Boost and add-ons in the UK & while roaming in the EU including Italy at no extra cost. If you don't have any of these then standard UK rates apply: calls cost 35p/min and texts 15p each. Picture messages cost 40p.
Calls from Italy to countries outside the EU are £1.20/min and texts 50p each.

but however I am unable to turn on roaming. Need help urgently

Another message I got was:

“” You now have unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 25GB to use in the UK & EU for up to 30 days, with a Free Boost of 1000MB and £13.50 has been charged to your card. You also have a Data Rollover of 25GB from your last Pack.

Your £15 Pack was bought using your MasterCard ending 5254 and your next payment will be made using the same card on 13/07. To keep track of your usage go to the EE app or reply AL“” and I got this message on Tuesday , two days before my trip to the EU!

how do I turn it on?

Thanks for coming here.

If you have a Pay As You Go phone, you’ll be charged to use your minutes, texts and data allowances in our EE Europe zone.

Have you tried texting ROAMEU1D for 24 hours access to 150 or for 7 days text use ROAMEU7D?
