On my account I've made changes that I cannot restore them. I want to cancel the current 30Days_125gb. By the way, it seems that I can use what is remained of my data if I activate the rollover item, by buying from some certain packs(is that right?). My English is not well, please guide me as simple as you can.

@BahramB : To stop your current pack renewing text STOP PACK to 150. If you then buy any other pack within 7 days your remaining data will roll over to it.

I sent the phrase but the situation is still active. Tonight my pack of 125gb ends and I'm afraid the payment for renew will apply wothout restortion ability.

STOP PACK stops it renewing. It doesn't stop it dead. As it won't renew your credit won't be used to buy it.

If you want to start your new pack immediately text NOW to 150.

@rohang206 : There is no pack with unlimited data. There is a 1-off unlimited data add-on for £40 if you have an active pack of £10 or more.
