Roaming Outside EU but Roam Like Home?

With the introduction of EU roaming charges for PAYG, has there now been some equivalent introduced for outside the EU?

Take any non-EU country, e.g. USA, in the Roaming Tool & select PAYG. It gives the > £0 Roaming costs but says this is based on: Not having the Roam like Home add-on. How can one get one for PAYG?

Thanks for feeding this back, no this is for the EU countries listed on the Pay As You Go charges for roaming in the EU Help page.

I will let the relevant team know this is showing for a non EU country.
