&lt;P&gt;as for the download speeds what tariff do you have as there are 3 different speeds available now 25 Mbps, 100Mbps &amp;nbsp;and unlimited. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your network speed your tariff has is shown within the my EE app if you look at plans &amp;amp; subscriptions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Parental lock went from moderate to strict</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my sim had moderate parental unlock for website by default before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed fone so EE app got deleted. When I reinstalled the app, the parental lock has gone from moderate to strict. And I can't access a lot of websites, plus for many websites download speeds have reduced terribly. Please either remove the parental lock, or atleast put it back to moderate like before. It's very difficult to work like this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
