Roaming in Spain data limit and start date

Travelling to Spain in June and will be there on the 6th when the new charges kick in, I have a couple of questions.

I'm assuming I'll get a message informing me on the 6th that I will be charged?
Will the charge be taken direct from the card associated with my account used for auto renewal?
Is there a data cap I have seen a figure of 25gb per month mentioned or will i get to use my full allowance if need be.
