Hello,

I just bought my EE Sim for 15pounds - 25GB

and I called 150 to activate my sim card, and bought top-up for 15pounds.

but after I finished my payment, I realized I don't need to buy top-up.

I need 15pounds subscription pack.

but the package of my sim card said all I need to do is call 150 and choose Top Up.

I need a refund for 15pounds that I used to buy top up.

because I can't use top-up credits to buy the subscription pack.

@masha1127 Yes you can purchase a pack from the credit on your account you need to choose a pack.

If you text ALL PACKS to 150 and select the pack which you wish to purchase this should use the credit on your account.

adding credit to your account is none refundable.
