Newly registered. What is the link on ee website to purchase an eSIM and activate it via QR code on my iPhone XR please?

You can't have an eSIM on PAYG, only contract.

@mazarabi To use an eSim you first must have a number to move on the the eSim, you can not just setup an eSim and that’s done by having a SIM card as your then an EE customer.
But as @XRaySpeX has said it’s contract customers only who can have use of the eSim on the device.
