Followed instructions to point where it said make a call and sim would be activated That did not happen.&nbsp; Phoned helpline "switch your phone off an restart and sim will activate." That did not happen. Topped up £ 5 and sure enough sim activated. Allowance said £5. Topped up another £10, yet allowance still says £5.</P><P>So where is the £10 I paid for a new sim?
