Free boosts gone?

Hello, I'm a PAYG customer on the £15 Everything Pack.

I've been doing the "boost data" thing for a number of years so I'd built up a decent amount of data to use each month.

I went on holiday to Portugal recently and I got a message telling me to buy an addon, so I did. Now it seems like my free boosts have gone away and I'm back down to 2Gb?

When I log into My EE it shows all the boosts as "Pending". Does this mean they'll come back? Please advise.

If your pending boosts have not activated once you have used your regular pack allowances, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can help.

Good news, my free boosts came back after my pack renewed.
