International credit or debit cards will be accepted when topping up by phone.

Didn't understand? I’m already trying to pay through the phone, in order to replenish the account, I enter the card details, but at the end they ask me to select a country, but it’s not there or what do you mean

By topping up over the phone this would require a phone call rather than topping up online.
