      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I was in the UK in August / September 2022, and I went to an EE store to get a SIM card.&amp;nbsp; That card is currently in my phone and the number appears to be functional (I got some auto texts from EE when I reactivated the SIM).&amp;nbsp; I am traveling back to the UK next week, and I would like to buy a subscription pack for this line.&amp;nbsp; But every time I enter a card number, nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; Both on my phone and on the webpage, it just clears the form and expects me to start over.&amp;nbsp; Any idea what's going on here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation after over 6 months of non-use..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
