Hi there,
After receiving some great customer service, I really wanted to post some good feedback for an agent 'John' who I spoke to from the 'Exec team'.
My sim pack was changed against my wishes by one EE colleague, who said they were trying to help with a problem related to the pack, despite my protests that I didn't want it to change if it would alter my current pack. A long story short, I had asked whether it would alter the pack I was on and they had said no, however, it did and then I was told it could not be changed back.
After speaking to several people who continued to tell me the same thing, I found out from a friend that they could actually help. 'John' helped arrange a solution that I was happy with and I'm so pleased he did as it was causing a lot of undue stress that he helped to relieve.
I've never written feedback in this way before, but thought it was deserved and it would be amazing if you were able to pass my grateful thanks to 'John'.
