I am on a PAYG unlimited plan - that tells me I have unlimited minutes and texts in the UK & EU. My data and texts are working- and I cannot make phone calls. I get a message telling me that I do not have enough credit. Yet everything else is working…
All advice is welcome on this!

Where are you & where are you calling?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I’m in Paris, trying to call New Zealand. I now have found that I need to add the EE rest of world pack, to get 100 mins of calling. Will be trying that soon! If no luck I will come back to these Community pages.
