Can't confirm my payment details after choosing 15 pack

Having selected the 15pounds pack and entering my details.i can't know confirm my payment details which should be the last thing to do in order to be credited with the 15 pack

A rectangular image resembling an envelope appears in a middle of a square which I believe am supposed to touch to finalize the deal...but am told to contact my dealer to fix it....can some help Me please?

@Jason861 : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is their mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
