Hi,

my current simcard is now pay as you go. I wanted to switch it back to where it was before the pay as you go. For the number ending 453

please help.

@Kasra_dp Switch back to what ? If you mean a contract you’ll be best off calling customer service to see what can be done.

@Kasra_dp : You can do the switch from PAYG to contract online using Switch to pay monthly and save . Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.
