Cant make, receive calls or make SMS

Hi guys, Since the last time I renewed my pack. I'm unable to make calls, receive calls or send SMS. I'm able to send an SMS to myself, receive them. The mobile data works fine. I've checked the message center number. Appears to be correct. I've tried disabling the google sms app and installing an alternative. Finally tried factory resetting my phone but no joy. I'd really appreciate it if someone from EE could look into this situation. At this point I find it hard to believe it could be something wrong with my phone. I purchase a pack each month with unlimited calls, SMS and 100GB of data. Once i log onto my EE. There is no change in that status. Thanks

If you text BA to 150 does it show your correct pack?

Are the numbers UK mobiles and landlines?

What happens when you try and call?

I am having this same issue, neither make or receive call or send texts. Everything worked yesterday! When I try to call my husband it comes up with “not allowed” but I have plenty of credit!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues when making calls.

Does this happen with just your husbands number or any number you try to call?

With any call. The screen shows a no entry sign on it that was not there yesterday. Cannot call 150 or other numbers, calls to my phone go straight to voicemail and cannot send or receive text. Plenty of credit but unable to use it!
