PAYG pack credit not showing

Hi,

I’ve taken out an EE pay as you go pack and ported my number from three mobile.

The number ported across but my credit isn’t showing. Is there a delay in the £20 showing up as the sim was received on Friday. Does porting an old number impact anything as I’ve been debited £20.

It shows you have no pack. However sometimes it takes 2 days for the credit to appear.

When I go onto the site via the internet it shows I do have a pack as per screenshot? But the credit is £nil despite being debited.

That doesn't show you have an active pack; just that your SIM is primed to buy that pack. Have a look at the Allowances below. Only if any of these are positive will your pack be active.
