@Magnon1 , if you cannot do this yourself, you will have to ring customer service to get this changed.

Are you on a monthly contract or pay as you go? If on pay as you go, I believe you will have to ring customer service to do this, but with a monthly contract you should be able to change the settings either via the EE app or by logging into your account via the website.

My plan is pay as you go, but impossible make this by phone, at the end of the call it says they are having technical problems.

@Magnon1 , if you are near an EE store and have ID, you could go in there and they should be able to sort this out for you.

I would have thought speaking to customer service, they should be able to change parental control for you.
