can't send SMS EE -error code 10

Hello I can make outgoing calls and receive messages but when i try to send a text i get "EE - Error code 10" , the messaging centre seems to be fine and i haven't left the country or changed any settings on the phone since the last successful text a month or so ago.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Are you using an installed messaging app or the message app that was already on the phone?

Reports of "Error code 10" are usually when you are abroad.
