Im struggling to understand…. I’ve got credit, but my pay as you go pack hasn’t renewed. Ive failed to change my details after a card change, which usually renews automatically but toped up my credit with correct information in order to set up my reoccurring top again, which hasn’t happened.

@Leanne_T : The OP has no packs Pending, so NOW has no effect. The OP needs to buy the pack 1st.
