Hi there,

There was a qualifying offer for existing pay as you go customers.. If you are pay as you go customer with £10 or above; you can now refer friends to EE and you’ll both receive a £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.

I have referred my friend to EE and my friend also signed up for £10 pay as you go. It's been a month now and we both have still not received what we have been promised l. I am really disappointed about this.

Can you please help me?

Did your friend join by using the unique link sent to you?

If you are eligible for a referral link, this would be sent to you as a text message offer from EE. This is not something you can request.

It's been more than 7days and both still have not had any Amazon voucher.
