Free Boosts Pending

Hi,

I have 8gb worth of free boost data (16 x 500mb) that are pending on my account. I have used up all my pack (£10 monthly) data and the boosts haven't activated.

This has happened multiple times intermittently over the past few years and I have yet to find a solution.

I have just had the same issue. My pack renewed & all my data boosts are pending. I needed my data to use maps to get home too. Very bad timing to loose it.

It tells me my allowance 60min calls, 60 texts but no mention of data.

I spent ages messaging the customer support team to just get a one time data boost. Happened the next month so I just sucked it up and bought a more expensive plan as I need the data for my job. Can't say if it's happened again as I have enough pack data to last me now.
