Subscription pack Refund

Hello,

I was using Top-up 100GB pack for months

I thought it doesn't renew automatically before I charge the credit but it automatically charged me the fee.

I'm no longer staying in UK so I can't use 150 text service.

can you help me with the refund? and I want to cancel my contract.

@heechan : PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment.

Text STOP PACK to 150 to prevent your pack auto renewing.

You don't have a contract. Just stop using it & bin the SIM.

I’ve been using a £10 subscription pack since September but I forgot to cancel my subscription when I left the country on Saturday for the phone number xxxxxxxxxxx.
