I have an old number that was originally on TMobile, and now under EE

just a BASIC PAYG , and i also had another provider for unlt calls texts, and as they have increased their prices, and the SPAM CALLS i was getting on my TMoby number, i now want to CANCEL BOTH, and KEEP MY OLD number so, therefore, i need to get a PAC CODE from EE , is the ONLY WAY to get one by phoning 150 or their mobile number ? as it did say i could manage this ONLINE by saying LEAVE EE but i dont really have ANY CONTRACT with EE being as PAYG ???

ive ordered my new companies SIM card, which i guess will arrive this weekm so need to arrange a PUC code thanks for any answers everyone who reads it
