Hello,

i'm in italy, i put today new EE SIM into my phone (exp. date 08/06/2023), i topped up 15£, but it cant take credit to activate any pack.

I cant call, i cant sms, i cant navigate.

There is some solution?

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment.

Yes, but did you set up an automatic recurring card payment or just top-up manually with a bank card? You can only reclaim the initial payment of the former.

No, it is not refundable when you just top-up with a bank card.
