&lt;P&gt;This is not customer service and there is no account access, you would have to speak to customer service, but generally pay as you go payments are non-refundable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is a monthly re-occurring payment, you would have to text to stop it, you may want to take a look here:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. Last night I tried to add on more data until my allowance renews on the 26th. I did eventually manage to buy 15gb of data after trying for a long time. However, I was charged £10 to renew my 30gb monthly date yet this never updated and the old plan is still going to continue on the 26th. I would like to be refunded the £10 as I have paid for something that I never received. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
