Hi I have a problem, I could not buy a starter package so I topped up my account (I thought it would help and then I will be able to buy a starter pack) I have money on my account in EE but I do not know how to buy a package now

You should be able to send a text to 150, if not there may be a problem somewhere.

I'd recommend speaking with our Customer Care team so they can check this for you.
