Wrong plan activated

I recently deactivated mu 15GB plan and Top up for a 100GB plan. As Spon as.i topped up my som to activate the plan , the old 15 GB plan automatically activated and this is really upsetting because that's is not what I wanted.

I already sent STOP PACK to 150 and I got confirmation that the plan will not need renewed.so why was it renewed again when I topped up to activate another plan?
