Urgent phone not accepting calls

Im on a pay as you go sim. I put my phone on dont disturb and stopped incoming calls except for favourited contacts. But still anyone favourited who tried to call got a message like "this number is out of service". So i turned off dont disturb and switched my phone settings to accept all calls from anyone. Contact or not, no one can get through. I dont know if ive missed a step, or if somethings gone wrong w my phone.

How long have you had this PAYG SIM? When did you last make a chargeable action with it?
