How can I cancel my PAYG plan without calling?

Hello-

I used EE usim when I was in the U.K and now I came back to Korea. When I buy my sim card and plan, they asked me how long will I you use, so I answered 6 months. Also, I received a message about 'If you decide to leave you'll need to use this or you will lose it.' in 31th Jan.

My payment was PAYG so I thought this contract will be end after 6 months automatically and I don't need to contact to EE if I want to leave this contract.

Tell me the way to cancel my contract without calling to 150. Cuz I don't want to call from Korea 😞

As you are on PAYG you have no contract. Just stop using it & don't top-up. It will be deactivated after 9 months of non-chargeable use.
