      <description>&lt;P&gt;I log into my account and try to buy an add on data bundle but all I get is "Forbidden you don't have permission to access this resource" can anyone tell me what is going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you're already set up as the account holder, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They'll be able to check your account to see why this is happening.&lt;/P&gt;

To avoid the "Forbidden" msg, make sure you use HTTP:, not HTTPS: &amp;amp; do it under IE, FF or Samsung Internet not Chrome or any browser that forces HTTPS:.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
