Good morning. I would like to disable the 30 GB package and include the 15 Gb package with a 3-month promotion which will increase the data package by 2 times.

You can't switch an existing SIM to a pack that is on offer with a promoted new SIM. To get it you would need to buy the new SIM with its new number.
