      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a EE pay-as-you-go sim card that I've been using for 2 years. However, I changed my sim card to another one as I was in a different country.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got back to London again and when I was changing my sim card, I realised that I forgot my EE sim card in that country.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't wanna purchase another sim card as I don't wanna change my phone number etc. So how could I solve this problem? Could I use an e-Simcard without changing my phone number?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is Samsung S20.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2597952"&gt;@dogayesil&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; ESim are only available for contract customers. &amp;nbsp; You need to request a replacement SIM card. &amp;nbsp; You can go to an EE store ( you’ll need photo ID ) and request a replacement or you can call customer services to request one and it’ll be posted to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
