    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My 100GB data allowance ran out and I’ve paid for an unlimited data top up costing £40. Payment has gone through but data allowance has not been added to the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried calling ee but keep getting kicked out various routes of the automated phone system referring me back online. Can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
