International roaming

I am on a PAYG i bought a sim in the UK and activated it there but forget to order international roaming there. Now I am in Canada and international roaming not working. Please help how can I activate it.

Hi @Pasha404

You don't need to activate international roaming on PAYG. If you activated the SIM in the UK on the UK network it should work when you've added funds. If you didn't activate the SIM in the UK it won't work.

In what way did you activate in the UK? Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
