Reactiviate my pack

Hi,
I bought ee sim card a month ago, the store activiated a £15 plan for the data and minutes.
Today the plan will end and I wanna select £10 plan for the next month
I have problems to get in my pack page due to techninal issues in the website

@IsraaZahid : Do this:

Top-up to at least £10 if you haven't already.
Text PACK10 to 150 to buy the £10 pack.
If your £15 pack hasn't yet expired, text NOW to 150 to get the £10 pack to start.

After the top-up and texting PACK10 to 150 I got the below msg

Sorry I didn't recognise that.

We have a new range of SIM Local packs to pick from;

a £15 Pack, giving you 15GB of data, UNL mins and UNL texts, reply PACK15

a £20 Pack, giving you 30GB of data, UNL mins and UNL texts, reply PACK20

or a £30 Pack, giving you 100GB of data, UNL mins and UNL texts, reply PACK30

Any advise?
