      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've set up my account to automatically pay each month and it shows 10% discount on the packs page on the pack I've selected. It was due to be renewed today but I had no service and get a message saying to top up my account. Why? Why is it so unclear as to what is set up and if showing I've set up auto payments (green tick next to 10% discount) why isn't it actually doing what's been asked? I've had issues with this whole thing being unclear since I joined. Why is it not simple to see what you're signed up for and for it to work?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
