    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply. My old SIM is probably deactivated in that case. I have a new EE SIM though. Do you know how I can transfer my credit (as I was misled by the above article) and old number, on to the new sim?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Yesterday I topped up my mobile phone: Number xxxxxxxxx. I haven't used it for quite a while and I think it is in hibernation because it does not allow me to text or call. In this article it says that topping it up will take it out of hibernation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you hadn't used it for a while your PAYG SIM had probably already gone into hibernation &amp;amp; the topping up was too late.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PAYG credit is not transferable but you could call CS to try &amp;amp; transfer your old no. to the new SIM. It might not be possible as it might have already been deactivated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
