&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm abroad and roaming is on apparently, it was perfectly okay at least till March 2022.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently just noticed I can't receive/send texts + unable to make calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot call EE and there is no chat support for EE. Any way this can be fixed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My number still shows as active when I open the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is I cannot call EE or chat/email with them to activate it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
