£1 Data Pack Boosts

I have the old £1 Data Pack. I know I haven't done any Free Boosts for several weeks. No idea exactly how long, nor can I find any history. In any case, despite having my £1 charged every week all through December as shown on the 30 day history, I have only one circle filled in under Free Boosts.

Any ideas as to what is happening? How can I find out what Free Boosts I have redeemed and when?

Did you find out the answer to this? I haven't asked for a boost for quite some weeks, but I've just been on the EE website and only one of the circles on the right under "Free Boosts" has been filled. There should be several.
