Not letting me Pay

Hello

1. Website is showing an error every time I try to pay for a add on using my credit on my account

2.When I try to buy an add on using my actual card, on the second stage "Entering Card details" when I try to click next it just sends me to the top of the page so I cannot progress. Everything is filled out correctly and there is no red warning signs, It just takes me up to the top of the page each time I click "Next".

I am traveling and would like to get the add on before my flight.

@Ayo7 : 1st top-up using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Then buy the add-on from the credit.
