&lt;P&gt;When did you last use it for a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Mobiles not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My son has two Alcatel mobiles, both with EE Sim Cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a £10 EE voucher today to load it onto the newest mobile, but both mobiles are not working - can't even dial 150 to top-up the 16-digit voucher code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suspect both haven't been active for a while - do these get switched off after a length of time that they are not used?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want to buy another one, need to re-use one of these&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Grosvm&lt;/P&gt;</description>
